Nikki is dedicated to bridging the gap between arts organizations and underprivileged communities. An activist, artist and cultural agent, her work depends on community involvement and fundraising with local organizations and businesses. Her interactive works utilize performance, education, and sculptural objects to promote a community sense of duty and citizenship.

She was a performer as Miss Black Factory for The Black Factory led by William Pope L.
