Constructed in 1908 as an administrative building, Spivak is ground zero for our advanced fine artists' creative spark. Each upperclassman receives studio space to use as necessary as they pursue their next masterpiece.

Spivak also sports the finest front porch on campus, and is a popular place to hang out.
