Spring Term 2012
Jan. 3rd: Online A session 8-week classes start
Jan. 9th: On-campus and Hybrid 15-week classes start
Jan. 16th: Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Holiday, no on-campus classes
Feb. 24th: Online A session 8-week classes end
Feb. 27th: Online B session 8-week classes start
Apr. 16th: Last day of on-campus and hybrid 15-week classes
Apr. 20th: Online B session 8-week classes end
Apr. 20th: Graduation
Summer Term 2012
Apr. 30th: Online A session 8-week classes start
May 7th: On-campus 12- and 14-week classes start
May 7th: Hybrid 12- and 15-week classes start
May 28th: Memorial Day Holiday, no on-campus classes
June 22nd: Online A session 8-week classes end
June 25th: Online B session 8-week classes start
July 4th: 4th of July Holiday, no on-campus classes
Aug. 1st: Last day of on-campus 12-week classes
Aug. 15th: Last day of on-campus 14-week classes
Aug. 17th: Last day of hybrid 15-week classes
Aug. 17th: Graduation
Aug. 17th: Online B session 8-week classes end
All on-campus summer classes will follow the 12-week format except ID 4990 - Senior Design Project, which will follow the 14-week format.
15-Week classes meet twice weekly. Lecture classes meet for 1 hour 25 minutes. Studio classes meet for 2 hours 50 minutes.
Online classes meet for 8-week sessions. On-campus students may not take online classes.
PORTFOLIO REVIEWS are scheduled by individual departments to occur during the term in which students are registered. Notification of specific days and dates are disseminated by departments for student planning.
