Margaret owns and operates Dovetail Shop & Studio - an independent design studio that specializes in handmade, screen-printed tableware. Ms. Smith's work is represented nationally, including Orange County Museum of Art museum shop and Rare Device in Brooklyn, New York. Ms. Smith was named one of six National Emerging Artists for 2006 by NCECA (National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts).
