Obergfell + Herrera Exhibition

Orb Bag

Fine Arts students Dmitri Obergfell and Stephan Herrera will bring their unique point of view and approach to art to an exhibition in the Rude Gallery.

The show, titled Orb Bag, uses a live video feed of the hallway outside the exhibition space and projects it onto sculpture created by Dmitri and Stephan.

"The focus of the exhibition is experience-based where the viewer dictates what their own experience is," say Dmitri and Stephan. "We wanted the title to have some resonance. Though the words may seem arbitrary, saying them becomes a phonetic experience in itself."

This is a rare opportunity to catch the cutting-edge work of two up-and-coming artists and current RMCAD students.
