Rick Griffith Exhibition

Rick Griffith is one of Denver’s most illustrious graphic designers. He is the owner of Matter Studio (a concept and type based studio); he is also a professor at DU and commonly found at lecture halls around Denver.

But these words do little to describe Rick and his work. His electric personality, encyclopedic knowledge, and creative charm are exemplified in his latest installation in Rude Gallery. This exhibition features five typographic signs hand made by Rick as an exploration of the process of critique. The words involve interpretations of the experience of the ever popular crits. that happen at every art school.
