Steve's experience throughout his career has included many project types - from luxury urban high rise condominium towers to mid-rise senior housing facilities to laboratories and complex distribution/industrial projects. His work includes the first ski resort village where the developer intends to achieve a LEED certification for all buildings within the project.

Additionally, Steve has experience working on start-up mountain resort projects with continuous involvement from conception to ground breaking to completion. His education at the University of Arizona in Tucson was tailored towards sensitivity for the natural environment with emphasis on sustainable architectural design that considers, solar, wind, and earth as primary design elements. Steve is a champion for sustainable design initiatives and persistently works toward greening the practice of Architecture.
