Registrar

Oversee all operations of the Office of the Registrar, including: enrollment; student registration; class schedules; maintenance and retention of student records; implementation of academic policy, procedure and compliance; integrity of academic records; students’ academic standing, academic probation or suspension; external credit, transfer credit, articulation agreements; transcript evaluation and equivalency guides; RMCAD catalog; other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience

Experience:
  • Working knowledge of higher education issues, federal regulations and compliance
  • Substantial professional experience in an institution of higher education in registrar’s office or related area
  • Experience with student information systems, academic advising, data interpretation
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, faculty, staff and administration
  • Strong supervisory knowledge and experience
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong oral and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of technology
  • Strong detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
