Oversee all operations of the Office of the Registrar, including: enrollment; student registration; class schedules; maintenance and retention of student records; implementation of academic policy, procedure and compliance; integrity of academic records; students’ academic standing, academic probation or suspension; external credit, transfer credit, articulation agreements; transcript evaluation and equivalency guides; RMCAD catalog; other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Education:
Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience:
- Working knowledge of higher education issues, federal regulations and compliance
- Substantial professional experience in an institution of higher education in registrar’s office or related area
- Experience with student information systems, academic advising, data interpretation
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, faculty, staff and administration
- Strong supervisory knowledge and experience
- Strong writing skills
- Strong oral and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of technology
- Strong detail and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
