Designed to teach inspiring artists the processes and disciplines of art and design, students will take a series of day long workshops that focus on observational drawing, life drawing, two and three dimensional design, and color theory. Taught by professional artists and designers, students will learn; techniques to help them draw what they see, proportions of the human figure; the principles and elements of art and design; and the harmonies of color. Each workshop is designed to help students explore the basic theories and practices needed to build a strong foundation for the study of art and design.
