Student Housing

We do not have on-campus dorms, or require students to live in a particular housing facility. However, because of the sense of community and support found in student housing we strongly recommend that all newly admitted first-year students live at The Regency, our preferred housing source, for the first two consecutive semesters of their enrollment.

The Regency is great for students who are:

  • not married
  • under 21 years of age
  • not living with family in the Denver area

RMCAD students are housed together in rooms on the third floor of the North Hall, unless they specify otherwise. The remainder of the floors within The Regency house students enrolled at Metropolitan State College of Denver, University of Colorado at Denver and/or the Community College of Denver.

Each room at The Regency is fully furnished, has a private bathroom and individual climate control. Included in the price of your rent is Basic cable TV, high-speed Internet access, all utilities and local telephone service.
