Joshua Field is an internationally exhibited artist whose paintings employ collagist strategies to portray a dreamlike unreality. He comes to Denver from the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts where he most recently taught at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, from New York City to Berlin, and is held in numerous private and public collections. He holds a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts. He teaches on campus and online specializing in drawing , 2D Design: Elements and Principles, and Seminar: Methods of Inquiry.
