RMCAD Students Debut Original Designs at Red Ball Denver

Every year in November, Red Ball Denver hosts a fundraising event to bring awareness to World AIDS Day and support local organizations related to the cause. This year, the event marked its 10th year with a night full of fashion from Denver designers, including five RMCAD students.

The RMCAD Fashion Design Program was asked to produce a pre-event runway show for VIP attendees. Seniors Kat Yuskewich, TJ Howell, Irene Shupsky, Anna Vo, and Shara Jaworski each showed multiple designs, with their diverse styles ranging from elegant gowns, to everyday wear, to asymmetrical tops and skirts made of vinyl.

This marks the second year RMCAD students have participated in Red Ball Denver, allowing  them to show their work, connect with the Denver fashion community, and help raise money for a worthy cause.
