Want to learn how to use the FabLab? Great news—RMCAD is hosting multiple workshops each term to help you gain the experience you need to use the software and technology in the lab and bring your ideas to life. These workshops are open to RMCAD students, staff, and faculty.

This workshop will focus on the basics of 3D printing. Whether you’ve never used a 3D modeling program before, or you have a model but don’t know how to get it printed, this workshop is for you. During the workshop, you’ll learn how to create a 3D model, how to fill out the 3D print order form, how and how the printing process works. We’ll also cover troubleshooting on how to achieve the best possible result.
