GALLERY OPENINGS

Selena Román | Please Disturb | Philip J. Steele Gallery
Contemporary photographer Selina Román peers into the psyche of her subjects in this mesmerizing and thought-provoking exhibition. Her photographs, which incorporate playfully intimate interactions of people in undisclosed motel rooms, gives us an evocative glimpse into the relationships we build and the spaces we choose to inhabit.

Lauren Clay | Field of the Knower | Philip J. Steele Gallery
Contemporary artist Lauren Clay offers her unique spin on site-specific installations in this unconventional exhibition. Incorporating immersive marbleized wall treatments and abstract paper mâché sculptures, the New Yorker transforms the existing walls and architectural details of the gallery into panoramic waves of psychedelic splendor.

Paul Keefe + Justin Camilli | Rotunda Gallery
This exhibition by Denver-based artists Keefe and Camilli will be the last of the Gallery’s year-long visiting artist gallery exhibition series.

Megan Bray | Rude Gallery
Student artist Megan Bray explores how mental states impact inspiration, creativity, and forward momentum. Viewers can move through the (mind) space or linger on the forms, which are symbols of both the artist’s mental barriers and helping hands.
