Students are invited to attend our 2022 Spring A New Student Orientation on campus on Monday, January 3rd. This event is for students taking classes on-ground.
Orientation is all about connecting with key staff members and preparing for your first week of classes. Learn about the campus culture, discover important resources, and understand what is expected of you as an artist and designer within the RMCAD community.
Prior to attending the ground orientation, students are required to completer their online orientation, RMCAD Launch. This was sent to you in an email. Please make sure you complete your online orientation to ensure there are no issues logging into your RMCAD accounts, including your email and the LMS.
Orientation Schedule:
5:00 p.m. – Check-in and Student Photos (Triboro)
5:20 p.m. – College Community + Expectations – Information Session (TB 102)
6:20 p.m. – RMCAD Connections with the Student Ambassadors (The Quad)
6:45 p.m. – Health and Wellness at RMCAD (TB 102)
7:00 p.m. – Learning at RMCAD – Learning Commons, Liberals Arts, and DEI (Library)
7:30 p.m. – Technology + App Training
8:30 p.m. – Orientation Concludes
