As a RMCAD student, you’ll have access to full-service technical support. We have our TECHBAR on campus, available for in-person assistance, and RMCADGO, available by phone and email for our online community.
Online students will submit all of their technical support tickets to RMCADGO. RMCADGO is a team of support staff stationed in Florida, but specifically assigned to help RMCAD students with LMS related issues. They are a tier 1 team, which means they complete evidence collection and basic troubleshooting, but will escalate to RMCAD IT for everything beyond that.

Campus students can get technical support in one of three ways:
1. TECHBAR
TECHBAR is run by RMCAD student work studies, and is managed by Josue Salto. They assist campus students, staff, and faculty with technical support issues and can also translate larger issues into support tickets that can then be escalated.
TECHBAR can be found in the basement of the Texas building. Hours of Operation: M-F 8am-10pm and weekends 10am-5pm.
2. SUPPORT support.rmcad.edu
Our support site is geared towards campus students, faculty, and staff for nearly all of their technical support needs. Campus students that are not able to visit TECHBAR should use our support site and provide as many details, screenshots, etc for their issue as possible. For new students visiting this site for the first time, they will need to create a new account and then submit tickets.
3. RMCADGO
Campus attending students should ONLY use RMCADGO for LMS-related issues. RMCADGO is specifically trained to handle all issues related to LMS access, which means they will not be able to assist with campus specific troubleshooting. RMCADGO does not assist with things like hardware, classroom spaces, campus wifi, etc.
