TAKING CARE OF YOU

RMCAD offers mental health resources and short-term counseling services through its on-campus center or virtually through its partnership with Uwill, a leading student mental health and wellness provider. Students receive up to 8 free sessions each calendar year that they are actively enrolled. If you are in need of help, please reach out. You deserve to have support.

TELETHERAPY WITH UWILL

Uwill offers students free, immediate access to teletherapy through its easy-to-use online platform, no matter where you are in the country. To sign up, register with Uwill using your RMCAD Gmail. Once you have an account, you can use Uwill’s search tools to schedule with a mental health provider that is right for you, at a time that works for you (including evening and weekend availability). Students also have free access to on-demand wellness programming through Uwill, such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and more! For questions or assistance creating an account, contact Uwill support at [email protected].

Counseling at RMCAD

Colorado-based students can schedule online or in-person counseling appointments with RMCAD’s campus counselor. To get started, email [email protected] or fill out the intake form here. Once this form is submitted, our counselor will reach out to you to set up a time to meet for free, confidential therapy sessions. All in-person sessions are located in the Rotunda building on campus.

For questions about other mental health and wellness resources, contact RMCAD’s Lead Counselor at [email protected].
