We're Listening

RMCAD is committed to providing the best possible educational environment for its students. We encourage an open and inclusive atmosphere in which any conflict, complaint, suggestion, or question receives a timely response from RMCAD staff and/or faculty. RMCAD strives to ensure fair, honest, and equal treatment of students. Students, faculty, and staff are expected to treat each other with mutual respect at all times. Members of the college community may submit their concerns by completing the appropriate form below.

Empowering members of the RMCAD community to report concerns and access resources.

For students who have been unable to satisfactorily resolve their concerns with a faculty or staff member.

For any community member who has been the target of or a witness to a bias incident.

For students and college employees to submit a formal complaint of prohibited sexual conduct within the college.

This form is to be used to submit concerns regarding students or staff members exhibiting signs of serious distress, or engaging in harmful or disruptive behavior.

This form is to be used to submit concerns and information to the Academic Integrity Committee.

This form is to be used to submit a written referral—other than Title IX and Sexual Misconduct or an alleged violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

For guests, visitors, or other public parties to submit a formal complaint of prohibited sexual conduct within the college.

Complaints to External Agencies

Several external agencies are also available to students who have exhausted all other opportunities for complaint resolution.

The Colorado Department of Higher Education regulates Colorado institutions of higher education. Their complaint policy may be found here.

Complaints regarding the institution’s ongoing ability to meet the criteria of institutional accreditation may be directed to the Higher Learning Commission. Their complaint policy may be found here.
