Morning Barre/ HIIT Class

Join Personal Trainer, Marshelle Johnston, for your daily dose of exercise. She will be offering a morning Barre Class and morning HIIT Class once a month on the second Thursday at 10 a.m. exclusively for RMCAD students! These classes are free to attend and will alternate. See you there!
