In celebration of RMCAD’s 60th anniversary, we are hosting a workshop series this spring taught by our very own RMCAD alums. These workshops will serve as a way to celebrate RMCAD’s decades of outstanding artists and designers, and provide students an opportunity to learn directly from alumni.
The series will officially kick off on Tuesday, January 23 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. MT with illustration alumni, Daniel Logan. He will be hosting a campus and virtual workshop about how to sell and market your work.
About Daniel Logan:
As a kid, Daniel always wanted to be an artist. As Daniel got older, he was inspired to follow his father’s footsteps and join the Air Force. The military caused Daniel to travel, which allowed him to see different people, places, and animals all over the world. After medically retiring from the military and being exposed to so many beautiful experiences Daniel decided to pursue his childhood dream and attended art school at RMCAD. Daniel has since started his own art business, Dalo Art + Design LLC. This has allowed him to pursue art full time by painting original art works, curating galleries, exhibiting in shows, painting murals, attending vendor shows, and so much more.
Daniel’s inspiration comes from nature and the cultures of the world. Daniel’s love for animals and landscapes often shows in his work but is also inspired by people ranging from historical figures to the average joe.
