Join Juliette O’Brill, Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design Admissions Outreach Counselor and Artist, for this artful event and create a one of a kind tie dyed shirt after a short review of color theory and a wellness activity, on Saturday, April 13 at Meininger’s Denver store, 499 N. Broadway, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Engaging in a practice of centering and grounding before making art can have a profound effect on the decision making process. By taking a moment to center, you have an opportunity to slow down and calm allowing your creative process to emerge. Grounding is similar and helps to build confidence in the present moment.
