Drop into MJ Fit’s virtual yoga classes on Wednesday afternoon, or Saturday morning, free of charge!
Our yoga classes are great for beginners and intermediate yogis. We start with a flow series that is challenging, but can be modified to fit all ability levels, and then the last part of class is Yin-focused and more restorative. Our instructors are passionate about helping our members move better and feel better by connecting breath to movement through a relaxing and challenging workout! No equipment is needed, but if you have straps or blocks, we will recommend ways to incorporate them in your practice.
Register in advance for the session below. You will need to sign up for the class in advance of the session you wish to attend, but will not have to submit payment. Once you have registered for the class, you will receive the Zoom link directly from MJ Fit.
