40 West Arts offers a fun environment that is casual, collaborative, community-focused, and open to ideas! 40 West Arts District is one of only 18 Colorado Creative Certified arts districts in the state, and it’s an excellent opportunity to build your resume and portfolio with a working, functioning art gallery and district.
Here are just some of things you can expect to do in your internship:
• Interface and build relationships with professional artists, creators, and collaborators
• Network with a Colorado Creative Certified arts district with opportunities to showcase your work
• Assist with graphic design, illustration, and other visual projects
• Assist with exhibitions including curation and show management
• Serve on committees/event planning groups to including both conceptualization and brainstorming, and logistics and management
• Assist with education and gallery programming opportunities
