Finals can be stressful. Join your Ambassadors on Friday, November 3rd after class for a relaxing and rejuvenating session focused on self care. Learn how to stay spiritually, mentally and physically stable as a way to improve daily motivation and enjoy the chance to connect with your peers on self care strategies that work for you.

Everyone that attends they event will receive a self care goodie bag with items to help you at home!
