If you need to research, relax, or just do some reading, visit our campus library.

RMCAD’s library is open daily while also providing 24/7 online access to all of the info for your late-night cram sessions. Can’t find what you’re looking for in our library? We partner with nearby libraries in Colorado that will allow students to borrow materials as needed.

With more than 14,000 titles, including art-related magazines and journals; a vast collection of art films and DVDs; and more than 100,000 digital images, the library strives to provide you with the online art and design school resources for success at RMCAD.

If you run low on resources, the student food and supply bank has your back.

The Mine is a food and supply bank that is stocked with non-perishable items and art supplies each semester. If you are ever low on funds or can’t get to the store, you are welcome to stop by for up to five food items to tie you over for the week. Supplies are available on a take one, leave one basis to keep a good variety of materials in rotation. If you don’t have the right materials to finish an assignment, come visit The Mine on the second floor of Texas.

You’ll have a classroom right at your fingertips with our Online Learning Management System.

Both on campus and online students will work in RMCAD’s Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is a resourceful online environment that serves as the main platform for students to participate in online courses, view course material, communicate with instructors, interact with peers, submit projects, receive feedback, and track the progress of their work.

  • The ability to send direct and group messages within the LMS
  • A notifications system that allows activity/grades tracking for projects and courses
  • An internal discussion/critique board
  • The opportunity to use a variety of file types for work submissions
  • An easy-to-use navigation

Additional technical support and trouble shooting for the LMS is available at

Graduates of RMCAD’s BFA degree programs may audit (attend without grade or credit) most current course offerings (online or on campus) within their original degree program with no cost for tuition.
