As a RMCAD student, you’ll have access to our full-service technical support center during campus hours. Whether you’re a freshman or a senior, graphic design or game art student, our TECHBAR is an excellent student resource for all.
Our staff of technology experts are ready to help you select the best software for your classes; learn about available upgrades; troubleshoot issues with your existing computers and devices; and even check out a variety of equipment for your projects—from digital cameras to light kits—for free.

Academic Advisors and Registrar experts take the stress out of schedules and payments.
From when you first walk on campus to when you walk across the stage for graduation, you’ll have a lot of questions. Our Advisors are here to help you answer those questions, from prerequisites and time management to school policies and study habits.
If you run low on resources, the student food and supply bank has your back.
The Mine is a food and supply bank that is stocked with non-perishable items and art supplies each semester. If you are ever low on funds or can’t get to the store, you are welcome to stop by for up to five food items for the week. Supplies are available on a take one, leave one basis to keep a good variety of materials in rotation. If you don’t have the right materials to finish an assignment, come visit The Mine on the second floor of Texas or visit the Student Portal for the Virtual Mine.
You’ll have a classroom right at your fingertips with our Online Learning Management System.
Both on campus and online students will work in RMCAD’s Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is a resourceful online environment that serves as the main platform for students to participate in online courses, view course material, communicate with instructors, interact with peers, submit projects, receive feedback, and track the progress of their work.

Graduates of RMCAD’s BFA degree programs may audit (attend without grade or credit) most current course offerings (online or on campus) within their original degree program with no cost for tuition.

Palette is the RMCAD one-stop campus resource center providing students with on-the-spot access to Financial Aid, Registrar, and Advising services. The collective goal is to assist students with immediate support across partnering student service departments to enhance the student experience. The Palette is staffed between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. MST to have all of your finance, schedule and advising questions answered, one stroke at a time.
