Join us in the Health + Wellness Center for a thirty-minute guided meditation session that will help you relax, reconnect, and set an intention for the week. Each session will combine mindful breathing exercises with guided meditation, so no prior experience is necessary. Just show up and learn how to do it! Led by Sara Hiris, Art Education Instructor.
