Online Students: Colorado National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements Complaint Information
Student complaints relating to consumer protection laws offered under the terms and conditions of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), must first be filed with the institution to seek resolution. Complaints may be submitted to RMCAD online at http://resolve.rmcad.edu/.
If students feel the internal grievance process and response were not managed properly by the institution, they may submit their complaint to the Colorado SARA Portal Entity, which is the Colorado Department of Higher Education, 1600 Broadway, Suite 2200, Denver, CO 80202, https://cdhe.colorado.gov/file-a-student-complaint.
